Hilton at DT Disney

Anyone ever stay here. Is the shuttle service an actual WDW bus or do they do their own? Also, I have a number of passes that I need to know how many days are on, can they handle that at Hilton?

The Hilton shares buses with the other hotel plaza hotels. They are not disney buses. They run pretty regularly. We used them a lot when we stayed at the old Courtyard at Marriott.

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott at Downtown Disney and HATED the bus service! It was free (DH travels alot) but I would never pay to stay at a DTD resort. The buses are not Disney buses. They stop at EVERY DTD hotel. Every bus we boarded was packed and we were stuck on it for at least 45 minutes each time. The bus drops you off and picks up in places I have never seen before. I think we even had to get on the monorail to MK. I suggest driving to the parks or maybe staying at a Disney Resort. In my opinion Disney Resorts are worth the extra money. I hope this helps.

We styed at the doubletree at DTD in May 2003 the buses for DTD go every hotel thye were always overcrowed and late they stop at every hotel at DTD so sometimes you have to wait
which would be fine but we started using our car i didnt feel safe standing on an overcrowded bus with my son and husband and a stroller and packages
the buses were the only BAD part of our trip
