Highway websites - East Coast

I'm collecting websites that contain highway conditions, web cams, etc. I'm starting with the east coast as that's where we do most of our driving.

Does AAA count? I use their web directions now and its great.

Try www.usastar.com/i95/homepage.htm. Though it tends to concentrate on I-95, obviously, there are some good links to different states' transportation departments to check on the construction status of I-95 and other major roadways.
