We had a quarterfinals game against our rivals tonight. It was a really close game, when they were winning the other school's fans started yelling "Just like last year!" when they beat us in the quarterfinals. But then they started yelling "WHERE'S SOCOBY?!" He was our best player, and he tore his ASL the week before the playoffs. To me, that was just awful. It's his senior year, and he's helped his team get so far, don't you think he feels awful already?! Sometimes I think this stuff gets taken too far.

But I'm also bitter that we lost, so that might have something to do with it.

Our ds go to a private school and we have our rules announced before the game. If you dont follow them you are kicked out, aka asked to leave. For our ds last bb game last week, 4 gentlemen from the visiting team were asked to leave, not only were they saying unnacceptable things, one of our cheerleaders caught them taking unnaceptable pictures of our cheer team with their video camera, absolutely disgusting. the other team was a public school, also ds said they played another private religious school and he said the fans were terrible and their school didnt even try to do anything about it. Our school won the good sportsmanship award last year, I think that is sometimes even more important than the games themselves.
