Thank you all for your nice comments - you are right, they did look happy, as they were - totally!! We had a ball. So pleased we went now as I have to be honest, I was a little worried beforehand that it was going to be so busy and unmanageable!

Yes, it left me very disappointed, in particular as we've been back a few weeks now and I still don't have the refund. They have said it can take up to 3 weeks which is really terrible. When I read on other forums about people walking up the day before we arrived and buying it off the shelf, it makes me quite cross!

However, we are where we are, and despite the issue, we had an amazing time and the girls didn't have any idea about the disappointment which is the main thing! .
