Highly recommend Gear Fusion!

We used Gearfusion for our recent trip, and they were awesome! Roberto met us at baggage claim and helped us get our bags. He was super nice. Then, on our way home we had to change our flight and push it back a day due to weather. They were super accommodating and Luis drove us to the Hyatt at the airport. Absolutely would use them again!

Was communication the day before good? It is nice, when offered, to get a text confirmation the day before (or early the day of for a later flight), just so one doesn't have to worry.

Yes communication was excellent. Roberto texted the day before our flight and then he texted when our flight landed as to where he would be waiting. Luis texted the day before and let me know he's be at the resort by a specific time to pick us up. He texted us also day of when he got to the resort. It was super smooth and easy.
