Nice company film montage at opening
Iger comments: stock price up from 60 to 80 during year
Company based on creativity, innovation, and commitment to excellence
Frozen has reached $1 billion in receipts; with opening in Japan it is set to be highest grossing animated feature in history
Film Previews shown: Captain America-Winter Soldier; Malificent (very cool)
Upcoming in 2015: Tomorrowland, new Cars and new Incredibles
Episode 7 of Star Wars: December 18, 2015 Set 30 yrs after Return of Jedi
Only star cast at this time is R2D2.

New Pirates in Shanghai will feature Treasure Cove and echo recent movies
Shareholders will receive stock certificates memorializing their ownership later this year.
Business Meeting
All measures approved except shareholder proposal dealing with executive compensation.
84% of Disney's 1.750 billion shares were represented at meeting.
QUESTIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE: most questions were preceded with speeches or personal recollections of what Disney means to the speaker.
What aren't annual reports more colorful with photos like in the past? Money
Why don't you bring the shareholders meeting to Detroit?
Will you correct the liberal bias in ABC News in its coverage of IRS? We stand by our news team.
Will you do a stock split? No
Has Disney considered running summer camps? Not at this time
Will sub ride in Disneyland be replaced maybe with Marvel stuff? No, we like the subs.
Why are private pin traders who used to have tables in parks being pushed out? Parks are busier, we are trying to meet the needs of all guests.
Any update on changing the Guest Assistance Passes? We continue to monitor this and want to be able to assist gusts who need it.
German shareholder asked if Disney will expand in Germany since Disney channel is there now? We will expand if we see value there. And I never got a response from my application for Shanghai and I speak both German and Chinese. Why? I will have my HR person speak to you.
Any expansion of Cruise Line? No new ships, but new itineraries.
Will Mulan be a Princess in Shanghai? Not a Princess but she will have a special role. Will there be a Pirates sequel? Working on it.
Will Disney adopt Montessori model for cast member children's schools. Not at this time.
Are certain aspects of parks becoming too exclusive and not for general public? Not really, we have Club 33 and D23 for special groups, but we try to appeal to all.
