When I made my dining reservations I did not ask for a highchair. DS will be 2.5 when we go. Do you think I should still ask for a high chair or do they have booster seats? He is still using his high chair at home right now. How long did you keep your LO in a high chair for restaurants?

We still put our two year old in a high chair. It just makes things easier. The few times we have sat him in a booster he has realized he can get up so he stands up on the seat or he has slipped and fallen under the table and bumped his chin since he didn't realize it wasn't like sitting in a highchair where he wouldn't fall out.

Last time we went we didn't bother putting anything on the reservations as I wasn't sure if we would still need one in 6 months time!

Anyway when we got he restaurants they all asked if we needed a high chair or booster. DD was using a booster at home so we went with that or nothing at the restaurants that didn't have boosters. She was one month from her third birthday at he time and did great
