Highchairs in villas at BCV?

Greetings-

Can anyone tell me if there is a highchair in each villa at BCV (standard, like the pack-n-play)? If not, can we request one and be sure that we will get it? Do I make my request with the reservation agent or with the CM at check-in?
Any info is appreciated!
