In the past, I used a typewriter on a photocopy of a calendar to do this. I used different colored highlighters to emphasize different aspects of the trip. My DW said, "Why don't I just do that on the computer instead?" So here it is. I think it's pretty self explanatory but I'll throw in some necessary info.

We'll be driving from north of Chicago, leaving around 4am. We usually stop for the night before reaching Atlanta. Then we arrive at WDW (we're going to stay at the Coronado Springs Resort) around 3pm the next day. We "wing" our first afternoon/evening at WDW and our last. But we hit each park once along with a day at Typhoon Lagoon that ends at DownTown Disney. We also return to MK for a second day. On our last day, we drive to Disney's Vero Beach Resort (2 hours away) and we stay there for three nights before doing the two day drive back home again (staying in Tennessee for the halfway home night). There's enough room to add in our ADR's after we make them. I bring this with us (printed out) so we know what our plans are.

So here's our plan, what do ya think?
