High School Musical / Eight Below

My DD's 4 and 6 loved HIgh School Musical. I am 33 and i liked it to. There was alot of singing and dancing which my daughters love. We have a good time watching it together. They get up and sing and dance. Yes i do get sick of hearing the same songs over and over again, but that's like with anything. There was no sexual contact, no violence, the people were dressed appropriately, no bad launguage or sexual innuedno's, at least none that i heard or saw anyway. It was a nice clean cut movie and i will watch it with my DD's anytime rather than some of the other garbage on tv.

I also want to see Eight Below.

the kids LOVE HSM - I think it is great entertainment for them - a love story that stays nice and innocent - I am glad they have something like this to latch on to...got no complaints, even though it isn't necessarily great entertainment for me. Also, I don't mind hearing the music over and over - unlike some stuff that appeals at this age. DD is also into theatre and can't wait to do this!!!!

enjoyed NB, although we will not buy it or see it anytime soon - DD* can handle scary pretty well, but she can not handle animals being hurt or killed - too hard on her....she has made it clear she doesn't want it...
