High school graduation trip ideas?

My DD and some of her girlfriends would like to take a trip by themselves after graduation. They are interested in beach, shopping, and 18+ dance clubs. They are all 18 and therefore not old enough to rent a car if they flew somewhere. I will not allow her to leave the country. I can't believe they don't want to go to WDW! Cruises are out as well as you have to have someone 21 years old, she checked a bunch of them. (I told her I would be happy to go along but they don't seem to want me??) What have your kids done?

When I graduated form high school my friends and I rented a cottage down the cape for a week, in Hyannis. Lots of stuff to do around there, we had a great time.
