High School Band trip?

Hi! I am blown away by all the cool Disigns here! I was wondering if anyone has any designs for a high school band trip? I would love to make them for my son's upcoming trip with the band. I am capable of personalizing in photoshop, but would not be able to to make the actual design. I am thinking of the Mickey head with a marching mickey inside in their school colors. Anyone seen anything like that or able to help me out?? I would so appreciate any help or nudge in the right direction.

Reading my post, I feel I should clarify. I'd like to make tees for all the band members. School colors being green & gold.
