High Quality Beach Towels

Anyone know where I can find some nice, soft, thick beach towels?? I am thinking of ordering from Land's end, but I am afraid they will be thin. The ones from eddie bauer were too thin and so were the ones at wal-mart. I love plush fabric, but it is so hard to find!

Any ideas?

I just picked one up from the Disney outlet for $15. It's pretty nice and large......Check it out if you have one near you.

I buy ours at WDW I think the quality is a lot better than you get most places, and they make wonderful souvenirs. My favourite is an AK one with a yin/yang symbol with tigers on it.

Right now Disney.com has their beach towles 60% off. These towels are really nice and plush. Use the word NEMO in the extra discount box at the end and you get an extra 10% off. With the discount you can get one of these for around $8.00!!

I bought Disney beach towels on ebay- and they are nice and thick and I can tell the quality is better than most/some. So you might try ebay to get a better price on them. The ones I bought were avg $10 each but I could have gotten them cheaper if I wasn't going after specific ones- that apparently everyone else wanted also. LOL (Princesses and Buzz Lightyear- you do the math LOL)

I got some really nice and thick beach towels at Marshall's two years ago - and I have seen them there again. I don't think that the ones at TDS were as thick - but I do remember having a WONDERFUL beach towel that I purchased at WDW ten years ago (until one of the kids LOST IT ) so it might be nice to get your towels at WDW (if you can stand the price)!

We bought ours at Sears and I saw some nice ones at JC Penny. We got ours beforehand as we were going to stop at my SIL's on our way down to Florida (we drove) and didn't want to use up her towels.

Another vote for Marshall's. Just bought one for DD's birthday and it's really nice and thick - for 10 bucks.

We bought a couple of the towels for two from the disney store, not high quality, but cheap and fun! (and the kids don't care if they are thin)

Then on the Marshalls, where we got two GREAT towels for 11.99 for us grown ups.

I agree! I love the towels from WDW! For 20 bucks it is a very high quality towel!
