High-end bras

I'm looking for nice, high-end bras. I've gained some weight, and have gone up to a 34DD. Any suggestions?

Same size - I swear by Wacoal - sometimes you can find them on the clearance rack or at TJ Maxx or Marshalls -

I was a 34 dd, now years later a 40 dd. I found the Brezzies on either QVC or HSN, the style that does not have the underwire. No muffin top, fit to size, fool wick layer feels like nothing on. Straps are so comfy, and the colors and nice. I bought the nude and apricot 2 pk and SWEAR I will never buy any other bra!

I have tried so many, this is amazing style. I am not sure of the stock no. I will have to look it up. But the design makes me look normal, shaped and reduces without flattening.

36 DD here, I go to the department stores, find the lady that has worked there for awhile, have her measure me and give her advice. It always works for me.

Sorry I don't have any name brands for you.

But if you are looking for a new bra because you have gained weight or your body has changed, I would definately suggest going and getting measured.

Another suggestion to get a real fitting. VS doesn't count. I found out that I was going up in band size when really I should have been going up in cup size. I was off by 3 sizes!

Oh and Wacoal is a great brand. Now I have cup sized out of them because they only go up to dd. So I am mostly wearing Fantasie.

My friend is a petite girl, (thin and 5'1") all except for her chest. She's a 36DDD. Seriously if she didn't have curvy hips, it looks like she'd topple over. That being said, I got her to come with me at the mall and check out Lane Bryant/Cacique bras. She was convinced they'd all be too big around her ribcage, but they fit like a glove. She hasn't worn anything else since she's tried them on. They have 4 or 5 different styles and a million colors. I believe they start at 36, but I've found they run a little bit on the small side. They also run a BOGO half-off most of the year, as well as having a decent sized clearance section. Check them out!! Good luck!

My all time favorite has been discontinued. It was by Goddess, #3010 and ran very small in the cups. A DDD needs a G with them. I just found 4 new ones on e-bay.

I am a G. the Wacoals are too snug. That's why I stick with Fantasie(buy them at Nordstroms too or no it's Sachs). The underwire is the most comfortable I have found. I think I have a Goddess one too?

This is a pretty cool site also http://www.zafu.com/ it will ask you some ?'s and helps determine your fit based on your answers (for bras, jeans, pants, etc) .

I am a 34 DD, and I only wear Wacoal. I buy them from Century 21, and you can find the plainer ones for around $10, the fancier ones for around $20. In the department stores, they're expensive. But I think Century 21 is only in NY? Still, you sometimes can find them at Filene's if there is one near you, or TJ Maxx, but TJ Maxx doesn't always have the sizes, at least the one near me.

I also wear Wacoal. I swear by their minimizers. Im a 36DD. I've bought them at Macys and Dillards. They are a bit pricey, but I love them.
