If 2 of our party of 8 can sit in high chairs, do we only need a car that seats 6? Do the high chairs sit beside it? I have 2 seatings of 4 reserved, but it is going to be dh and I and our kids, so I really would like to sit together!

Not all the seating is in the cars, when we were there last anyone with high chairs were seated at the long tables with regular chairs. It's a regular long table with regular chairs but each end of the table has a car front and back on it, so it still sorta looks like a car but you're facing each other like a traditional table. They could very well just seat you at one of those.

Just be sure to mention when you check in for your PS that you're a family and have 2 in highchairs and would like to be seated together.

Last year when we went we were a party of 5 with one in a high chair. We were seated at the front two rows of a regular car with DD's high chair sitting off to the side of my row.

I'm not positive, but I think guests using wheelchairs may need to be seated at tables. The table portion of the regular cars is very small and too high to work with a wheelchair-seated guest. I'm not sure if they have any specially designed cars with lower 'tables' that can be wheeled up to or not, but I haven't seen any the two times we've been there. The tables are positioned lengthwise coming back from the front of a car. Although not exactly the same I still think the overall atmosphere would make it worth the trip. We really like Sci-Fi!
