Yes, all the restaurants have high chairs or booster seats.
My son was also 9 months on his first visit in 2003, and joined us at the table for every meal. The waiting staff are very helpful and accomodating. If he was napping in his stroller when we arrived, then we were always allowed to wheel him to the table and highchair was made available for when he awakened.
Extra plates were provided so he could share our meals, and we were often asked if he would like a small helping of mashed potatoes and gravy for himself. They would also warm a baby jar and milk if required as well.
