So, what do you all do on "cross training" days - especially if you don't belong to a gym? Do any of you still run? Walk?

What I do usually depends on what the weather is like, what my schedule is like, and what I feel like. It really doesn't matter what you choose as your cross training just find something that you love (or at least like) to do
