HIFS Residential or 2 bdrm

First, let me say I'm planning for an August 1-6 trip and I'm already exhausted and overwhelmed. This is our first trip to DW, first family vacation since DH & I married 7 years ago. I have two sons, 5 & 17. So we're pretty much 3 adults and one child so we need ROOM.

I think HIFS will be the best for us but I can't decide over a residential suite or 2 bdrm. 2 bdrm would give more privacy but the residential would give more dining options.

Has anyone ever stayed in the residential? If the sleeper sofa is comfy, I'm sure oldest DS would be OK. Just looking for suggestions.

I would go with the 2 bedroom to have more space. I know would a real bed besides a sofa bed to sleep on.
