HIFS or Tropical Palms????

Has anyone ever stayed at both places? I would love a comparison. I'm thinking about getting the Studio model at TPFS instead of the Residential suite at HIFS. I called TPFS and was told it was 400 sq ft ... is HIFS bigger??

Would greatly appreciate any help. BTW, I also have Mainstay Suites Maingate in the back of my mind as well, the price is similar to TPFS but rooms are bigger (550 sq ft).

HIFS rooms are 486 sq feet.

I haven't stayed at Tropical Palms so I am unable to compare the two.

Hi - I haven't tried TP yet , but have just switched my ressie.. I have a friend who just came back from TP and compared it to a camper . Not a sqare like hotel room but longer like a camper . I will have 3 adults and 2 kids in the studio and she we would have plenty of room. ( I am saving $50 per night too ) she said the Publix is across the street ( they stayed 10 days and bought all breakfasts, lunches and snacks for $48 ) best of luck w/ your decision.. Michelle
