I was wondering how small the refridgerator is in the kids suites? Are they the real tiny ones? To put it in perspective, how many cans of your favorite beverage would it hold?

Also, regarding the Nintendo 64, if you bring your own games along, do you need to bring the controllers or are they already in the rooms? Or do you get them when you rent movies from the hote?

Thanks!

I can't help with the Nintendo because my kids didn't play it.

As for the frig, it is a good sized small refrigerator. I'm not sure how many cans, but we had quite a lot of stuff in there, including milk, bottled water, and soda. It held more than the 4 of us needed.

Hope that helps :)

I would say the refrigerator is bigger than those real tiny ones, but by no means a big one. It is the size from the floor to the counter. Like the post before said, it can hold a decent amount.

My kids didn't use the nintendo system either, but I don't remember seeing the controllers attached, just remember seeing the system itself. So you might want to bring them just in case.

Hope this helps.

Yes, controller were there[but I only remember 1. but I only have 1 child] and the Games rented for $5.00 for 24 hours in 2001.

We were there Thanksgiving 2001. Fridge is about 3 feet high I think. It fits under the counter at any rate. My kids used the Nintendo but we brought games and extra controllers from home. Hope this helps!

The fridge is the larger size (3ft tall) not the small dorm cube. It also has a small freezer area. We were able to place 3-4 water bottles in to freeze overnight.

As far as the nintendo goes, there are 2 controllers. We borrowed some games from a friend and our kids had a great time. We do not have a video game at home so it was a special treat for them.

Enjoy your stay. We were there is January and loved HIFS.

Hope this helps.

Just a FYI we where there in Dec. 2002 and our fridge did NOT have a freezer. We had a wheelchair assec. Kidsuite.

I just wanted to clarify about the freezer. It is not a separate compartment with it's own door. It is inside the fridge at the top, rather small but functionable.
