Over the Snow White ride there is a window, out of which occationally the evil queen will peer out from behind the drapes.
On Main Street there are phones in the kodak shop, which if you lift the reciever you can eves drop on peoples conversations.
In Buzz Lightyears Lazer Blast, there is a tribute to the previous attraction which inhabited the building, one of the robots from the visonarium? is in the battle scene.
(there are also hidden targets which boost your score!)
In La Confiserie des Trois Fees (the 3 fairy's sweet shop behind the castle)in a little nook over the fireplace, the three fairy's reside.
In Alices Curious Labyrinth you can see the Chesire cats smiley face, but the rest of the maze actually makes up his body.
Inside the art of animation shop (studios) look at the ceiling.
Inbetween the two parks (after bag search) look at the slabs and you will find slabs for each Disney park around the world.
Outside Sir Mickey's there's the giant beanstalk, of course, but it's all over the inside as well - if you look up inside the shop you can see Mickey climbing it, and you can also see the giant looking in from a window.
Snow White's (La Chaumière des Sept Nains)... The shop is set in the dwarves cottage, full of little details in the walls (mugs, clocks...); there's even the dwarves' beds (with their names carved in French), and of course the outside bit with the entrance to the cottage, the little bridge, the tree and the forest animals doing the laundry!
In the castle there is a raven, if you take a photo with a flash, its eyes will glow red.
On some turrets of the castle there are golden snails crawling up them.
Under the castle you will find the dragon.
The window inside the castle changes picture every few minutes from a rose to doves (beauty and song, the two gifts given to Aurora by the fairy's)
The glass blowing shop in the castle above the workstation is a solar system model, the planet representing earth has two satellites instead of 1 forming a Mickey rotated through about 120 degrees.
Just before the swinging pirate look up and theres a tear in one of the sails that forms a hidden mickey.
In the battle scene (pirates), the hole blown out of the castle wall is in the shape of a Mickey.
As you walk into the first room in Phantom Manor, look up, on the ceiling, above the chandelier in the middle of the room, there is a ceiling design that is a very cleverly double hidden Mickey, very obvious.
You can hear the sounds of a dentist performing a particularly painful operation on a patient, a man shaving and various other noises coming from the upper floors of certain buildings on Main Street, U.S.A..
The buildings of Main Street, U.S.A., were built with the idea of "leaving the park" in mind. All the buildings on Main Street were built using an optical illusion that utilizes making one end of a building slightly shorter than the other end. By using this method of construction, Disneyland created an effect that you don't notice until your tired family leaves the park. The next time you enter the Disneyland Park, make note of the distance that it appears you have to travel to get to the hub. Then look at the exit of the park from the hub. That's correct. The distance appears to be shorter entering the park than exiting. The intention was to keep guests from wanting to take the long walk out. Try this the next time you are there.
Next to the exit sign of Au Chalet de la Marionnette you will notice Figaro (the cat from Pinocchio) painted on the wall giving the thumbs up. When designing the original Disneyland version of this restaurant the imagineers forgot to include exit signs. So when the restaurant was built the exit sign had to be placed off centre from the exit. In a touch of 'pure imagineering' Figaro was painted on the wall pulling the sign by a rope, accounting for it being offset. When it was built in Disneyland Paris the imagineers got the sign perfectly centred and, in a nod to the previous version, painted on a clearly delighted Figaro.
In Big Thunder Mountain in the skeleton caves and in the first tunnel you can see lots of little glowing eyes peeking down at you. You can also find these eyes in the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction.
(BTM)In the final tunnel, after the third lift hill, look above you to see a group of glowing bats screeching at you.
(BTM)After the second lift hill, just after coming out of the big helix you go through a canyon before dropping down through a small tunnel. Just before you drop, look above and you'll notice a pack of animatronic coyotes (two to the right, one ahead) It's surprising how many people miss this
In Phantom Manor As you exit your doombuggies you find yourself in the wine cellar. Looking through one of the barred windows you can see into a small chamber storing wine in barrels. On top of a barrel is a bunch of roses, and if you listen carefully you can faintly hear the haunting, manic laughter of the Phantom echoing around the chamber. A wonderfully creepy little touch.
In the Toad Hall Restaurant the Mr. Toad painting changes from one unique style to another
Before you get to the entrance of the park before the waterfall, there is a little balcony bit just over the pond/waterfall. When looking straight you see the Hotel and Mickey's head made out of flowers and hedges.
The whole park when it is finished will make a Mickey face. At the moment, the park, as we know it, is one of the ears.
There is a hidden Mickey on the clock of the City Hall!! The back of the minutehand and hourhand of the clock are two black circles and when they are (about) 15 minutes apart, they make a beautiful Mickey. The hands are the ears, the centre of the clock is the head.
In the queuing area for Thunder Mountain while in the upstairs section, there is a balcony where you can look down on the queue below. Directly below are three barrels which form a Hidden Mickey.
When facing the castle from Fantasyland, if you watch the upper windows, occasionally, the curtains will pull back and Malificient will appear. (Rumour)
IASW-Somewhere halfway the ride you approach an Arabian scene. It's where the boat makes a sharp turn to the left. Look towards the left of the scene as you float by it. On the wall is a Hidden Mickey. It's rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise. It's a very clear one.
Hidden Mickey Buzz Lightyears Pizza Planet, Disneyland Paris. The ceiling of the restaurant is dressed with a lot of 'planets'. One big planet is hanging in the middle of the place, with on both sides a smaller ball. When you are beneath the 3 planets, the big one looks like Mickey's head and the other 2 are his ears.
Take a careful look at the mansion of the phantom in Frontierland. At the outmost right window at front of the first floor a window shutter is moving all the day long as if a ghosts hand is trying to close it or to make some noise with it by pushing it against the wall.
Lol surprised nobody mentioned this one but feel the one the OP mentioned about Maleficent has been confused with this one.
If you look at the very middle window on the Phantom Manor house, the bride occasionally opens the curtains and peers out. I remember my bro spotted it and we couldn't see it till we realised we were looking at the wrong window

I found loads for Phantom Manor before, but I can't remember where. I'm pretty sure when the park is dark a light moves from window to window, like someone carrying a candle through the house...

That is true, also last week we noticed that a light came on occasionally on the right hand side of the house as you look at it. So as you exit the ride, look up - if you're lucky the bottom left hand window will suddenly light up and you can see the outline of the Phantom looking out at you! My son jumped a mile when it happened late one night last week.![]()
