Hickory Farms--Quick Question

Am I supposed to refrigerate the summer sausages and the cheeses? I'm pretty sure they are at room temps at the mall, but I can't remember. TIA!

You can leave out of the frig until opening. If you are saving it for say 6 months, I would freeze though.
I do put the cheeses in the frig just because I like the cheese cold but that's just a preference.

ahhh ... my first job many many moons ago.

We used to keep the meat & cheese cooled. The only meat/cheese that were left at room temp were the ones that were sealed.
