The one thing you have to remember about Teppan Edo, when comparing it to a hibachi chain restaurant you might have at home, is that the menu is a good deal more limited.
Fried rice is not served, just steamed rice. The fried rice thing has apparently been a dealbreaker for some.
Another possible dealbreaker is that the soup and salad are not included with the entree, if you want them they can be ordered separately. If you're on the deluxe dining plan you can select soup OR salad as your appetizer, but sushi is not included.
