Another welcome to the WISH board!
This is a great community filled with people who are so supportive. I used to attend WW and this board reminds me of those meetings with people being willing to share your joys and occasional sorrows as we travel this weight loss road together. You asked for tips - I'd be happy to share with you what keeps me motivated:
*As someone mentioned earlier, check with this board often - there are so many positive people here and they are all willing and ready to support you
*Drink your water
*Keep a WISH journal. This has proved invaluable to me. I know I have to put my menu out there for the whole world to see so that keeps me not just motivated to lose but helps me stay cheat free! Plus people read your journals and comment on your progress which gives you even more support
*Take your measurements! I was surprised to find I had lost 8 inches in about 10 days even though the scale recorded a measley 1 pounds loss that week. The scale might not always cooperate but you can't argue with those inches lost!
*You might want to join the cheat free challenge. I love changing my clippie each day and the days are really starting to add up.
*Earn yourself some pound clippies! There is nothing like seeing a nice new pound clippie under your signature. I only have 2.5 pounds to go to change mine and it's motivating me - I can almost taste it!
That's about it. I hope even one of these suggestions helps you out. Welcome again!!!
