I'm new on board and new to Disney World! Things are a little overwhelming right now, we are in the planning stages of our first ever Disney family trip, but we are very excited. Welcome!!! I've only been on here about 6 months, but it's absolutely fascinating and I am totally addicted!

Looks like you're coming up soon on the 180 day mark for your vacation. One piece of advice I would give you is to start getting your ADRs (dining reservations) lined up. Some of the popular restaurants can fill up fast.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! I've been looking at the different resorts trying to make a choice. They all look like so much fun. We are a retired military family of four (kidults, no little ones here, but we are just as excited), and we'll be driving from TN to WDW. We are questioning whether we should stay on WDW resort or not...eat on or off...things like that. And we are doing Universal Studios, too. Thanks mickeygirl14 for the advance dining advice...this will help so much with our decision making. I'm looking into it ASAP!
