that is not exactly true.

You get a message from the Moderators if you make other member names(files-as you called them) and use them for trades, asking to be gifted in the gift threads, replying to yourself on the boards, posting flames, coming back to the boards after being banned and other things of that nature.

you do NOT get a message from the moderators if you make another member name to run a contest, make a secret pal for exchanges, do a game in VMK.

I think the mods can handle deciding which is a legimate new id and which is not, please leave that to us.
