Hi! Were trying to buy tickets!

So I'vs purchased tickets on the disney app yesterday. But now I'm trying to purchase more and it's not going thru. I've called to disney land and tried to ask for help but since my card address is different from my drivers license address I wont be able to pick up at the front gates. Now I'm trying to figure out if we can just purchase 3 of the $500 egift cards on the sams clubs site or 3 of the $500 gift card in Sam's club. Are they the same and can they (egift card and regular gift cards) be used for the disney land tickets? Please let me know. Thanks.
