Hello, all
I have lurked here and there for the last couple of weeks but wasn't ready to get back on track so didn't sign myself in. Now I'm ready--I'm on my third day within my points and have already come down two pounds--mostly water I know, but I still like it!

I am doing WW. Had started in Feb and stuck with it in Mar. I was going to meetings, but really didn't get anything form the leader and the budget around here is in truoble (see below) so I quit. Then April kind of lost motivation and in May crashed and burned. Well, not too bad, I guess as I didn't gain any back. I have lost 15lbs so far this year and am aiming for about 100 more.

My big challenges are journalling and excercising. If I journal I do really well, but every so often the rebellion/lazy monster emerges and I stop writing things down and sure enough stop losing. And I really just don't like to be sweaty!

What else do you need to know about me? Let's see... I am the at home mom of three and I homeschool my oldest who is almost 7, but this month I am going to school to get my real estate license. My DH was laid off last Sept and nothing is coming along so we are going to be making some major adjustments. I had always intended to get my license but not for a couple of years.

So, that is me! Looking forward to getting to know everyone around here and share and learn with you.

Welcome to the WISH boards! You could not have found a better support system! Sorry things aren't going well in the job market for your DH - Its tough out there. But good for you going to get your realtors lic. I hope things get better for you.

I am on WW too - I also find that if I don't journal I don't do as well - I look forward to getting to know you through posts here on the WISH board. Any ?s please ask.

Well, it sounds like you are ready to start losing again. You have a plan that works, you know your weaknesses and you have a great attitude. You are going to be a great addition to my support group. I like your positive attitude.

I think you are going to like it here, WISH is a caring and helpful place. The support group is just wonderful. It's made of up men and women following every possible weight loss plan and every single one of them are kind hearted and always ready to help. All they ask of you is that you be ready to help them too, if they need it.

I'm really glad you are here with us now. You're going to do just great. Honest you are. You are on your way to goal, now and we are all going to help you get there!

Hi Julie and welcome to WISH. We are here for you girl. Come go with us to finding ourselves again. I look forward to watching you shrink on the weight in thread. Also there's a place at the top of the board for journaling and maybe you could get some encourgement and ideas from folks reading your journals.

Katholyn, yes, my signature line means a lot to me. I can change anything in the future, so that's where I try to keep my focus.

One week further and tracked all week. (Except I take Sundays off.) Walked every other day, which is my plan, so I am feeling great about all of that.
