I can't believe I just found this place!!! I'm getting married in a blink and I'll barely have time to get ideas!!!

Congratulations and how exciting!!! Good luck in the last few days leading up to your WEDDING DAY!!! (insert girlish shriek...) Are you happy/excited or freaked/out overwhelmed? I hope for the former but I like if it was me, it would be the latter! Either way, this board is a great support group!

Thanks everybody!!! Yes I am SO excited!!! A bit overwhelmed though too...I'm actually getting married in Galway, Ireland. My grandparents insisted that I do so and since the Holy Roman Catholic church won't allow Disney weddings I decided to head to the Emerald Isle! I know that it will be very pretty!! It's funny though b/c I was raised in Texas and my DF is from Upstate New York...so our accents against all the Irish accents are going to be HILARIOUS!!! I actually leave for Ireland in four days to get things settled. (we have to establish "residency" so that the Irish government will allow us to get married there, even though I have dual citizenship...but normally it's a month you have to be there and they are letting me get away with about two weeks...*sigh* RED TAPE much...or is it GREEN tape? ) At any rate it will get me out of this wretched heat!!

We are going to do 8 days at Disney at the Grand Floridian and then we are doing a 10 day cruise to St.Thomas and St.Maarten. I am SO excited for this!!! I'm mostly excited about the Disney portion...not so sure about boats. But my DF and I work so much that we never get to take vacations and we decided that this was going to be BIG since we have the excuse to get away!! It will be a much needed break!!!

Thanks so much!!! Actually the first one is the traditional Marriage Blessing in Ireland, and it's quite a bit longer. I love the whole thing it's very pretty...we have it printed in Irish on the backs of our programs. The priest is going to do the blessing in Irish as well. My poor DF will have no clue what is being said so I'll have to nudge him at certain parts so he'll know what to say and when to say it!! It's going to be quite a big affair and I'm feeling a bit anxious over it. STAGE FRIGHT!!! My grandparents invited every single person they could think of... ya gotta love grandparents!! They are so excited!! I am too!!! Mostly DF and I are looking forward to the honeymoon and just getting to be together for a length of time and not have to make any decisions beyond where we might be getting a snack!
