Hi is DVC still allowing borrowed points to be put back in original use year?

Totally get that. I was not happy to see that South Carolina is back on our quarantine list as well, but fortunately we can do it without any ill effects.

I tried to cancel online but kept getting the dwarf error. I called and at first they said it would take 7 to 10 days for the borrowed to be returned. I then asked her to bank the rest. She put me on hold and came back and said both were done.

Dwarves probably mean VGC? The system removes the email and you have to modify to add it back before you can cancel.
