Hi everyone!
I'm new to the Disboards and new to WISH.
This is exactly what I am looking for. Just this morning I thought, "I need a support system to help me stay on track with exercising!" I looked on the boards and came across this!! So here I am!!
My goal is to exercise everyday for atleast a half hour. I'll be doing it at home with exercise tapes, treadmill and just moving more! I'd like to eat better and just be healthier. I want to loose some inches off my legs and hips. I'd like to loose 25 pounds total. I'd like to just feel better and not tired all the time! I always feel better inside and out when I exercise!
