Ok what is the best OTC med to use for muscle pain? I did something VERY dumb today. I was going to come on here & say how I hurt my shoulder pruning & mulching, it was so nice, I was out doing yard work all day long. Ok but honestly, when I came in for lunch there was a great old Kiss song on the radio & I just had to bang on the counter with my hands like I was playing the drums along with the song. Stop laughing. Well on the last beat I slap my palm hard onto the granite & BAM a pain shoots up my arm & into my shoulder & now it's so sore I can barely use it to type! ACK! Must...type...on....DIS... I've had trouble with this shoulder for about 2 months, I can't tell if I've torn something or it's tendonitis or arthritis or what, but it's never been bad enough to take anything. Now I need some meds but don't know what to take!! Tylenol? Aleve?? Ibuprofin??

OK....I'm not laughing "at" you., I'm laughing "with" you. Seriously, I'd try Aleve. I hope it gets better. Hopefully, you won't have to tell a doctor how it happened.

Well my DH tells me, we are 25 miles north of Allentown or 5 miles down the road from Pocono Raceway. (give or take)

Well um, we don't go to or watch the races.

So we make sure everything is done, so we don't have to leave home for anything. The traffic can be a nightmare.

yeah we go to big diamond during the summer when its not rained out that is but its REALLY not the same thing as Nascar

Yeah, I can't believe you recognized me either! That pic is not the best!! I think the reason we never see each other is that you work evenings, right? We'll have to set up a "meet". My friend "tiggerfan4me" lives in Temple, but she used to live in this area. We've know each other for more years than we want to admit!

Disney "nuts"????? Hmmmm....I think I must confess to that one!! Don't see anything wrong with that though!!

I will definitely relay your lawn comments to my husband. He does a good job. He "lives" for that lawn!! Well, maybe not....the Yankees come first, then the lawn, don't know where I am???

Hi all!!! I just love, love, love this weather. I am doing the flip flop dance. I even went to have my toes done. Well I really got them done for florida but it's all good. We are gonna head to my sister's house tomorrow ( she lives down towards the Allentown airport) so we do't have to get up as early for our 8:30am flight on Sat. Yes, now that I live in Temple, Princess Always and I don't get to do our walks. We even were walking down Reading Blvd. one time and it rained on one side of the street only. It was just wierd. Our kids went to school together and played sports. I guess your kids go to Cornwall Terrace.
