Very wise words Terri!!! Seriously, I need to "talk" to DH. I would realllllllly love to do this! I'll approach it tomorrow! Wish me luck!! The problem is that I'm trying to plan a trip in Dec with my brother & family for our Christmas trip. But DH knows this! He knows I live for these trips!

OMG that would be a dream come true for me to stay at BWI or BC...if I figured it right is it $426 per person for 3 nights, if 3 share a room? Chuchie....you want to spend that much? Or if you go must this be a budget trip? Oh I MUST stop obsessing about this today & do something productive around here...

That was actually for 4 nights...Friday to Tuesday 11/13-11/17. So if we only stay 3 nights it would be even CHEAPER!!

FYI....BC standard room...
2 queen-size beds (available with day bed), 2 double-size beds, 2 queen-size beds and a day bed, one king-size
bed or one king size bed and a day bed.

Well I mentioned it last night after I mentioned the family December trip!!! So far so good!!! I'm beginning to think that this just might happen!!

OMG Linda- you're right - that's the cost for FOUR nights! I can probably only stay 3 nights, 4 is pushing it with the kids. When they're older....

I talked to my good friend who is a Disney travel agent & she said BC will not guarantee a room with 2 beds & a daybed...grrrr...I guess we deal with that when we get there. She said we could book it as a family of 5 to have a better chance at getting a daybed - not sure how "legal" that is. If we book as 3 adults there is an extra charge. She came up with the same pices you did (not that I didn't trust your prices, I was just hoping she had some insider info with lower ones!) She said there should be a Disney VISA room only 40% off code coming out shortly too.

Who knows - we may get a 4th person interested, and then we may Just need 2 rooms afterall. We'll just wait & see. I got up this morning & hopped on here to look at room pics from BC!

Did you see all the steps in the Treehouse Villa pics?? We're not a bunch of teenagers anymore....I can see us at the end of a long day not being able to get up the steps!

Linda, that would be too much roughing it, plus you don't have any men along to take care of all of your needs. I think it is awesome that you guys will probably get to do this. DH says I should go. I really don't think I could swing the cost of everything. DS is home next week, and I can see if he would have any passes left, without taking away from others, we will see, don't count on me though at this time.

Deb just keep it in the back of your mind. If we do the Treehouse Villa with 5 people it's only around $220 total for 3 nights, per person, incuding the taxes.

LOL to funny Tara about the steps!!! Make sure you wear your poncho on your way up just incase you get caught in the rain doing the 2 step! Worst come to worst they mighjt find you UNDER the tree house with sleeping bags!

That is hysterical...maybe we could get handicapped Accessible with an elevator(just Kiddin) for all the old ladies. by the way I have slept in worse places, can you say tailgating at PENN State. LOL

Hoping you PA girls can help me out....I booked CSR free dining today for 11/22-11/29 I have checked all the airline fares and it is going to cost me almost the same amount as my package for airfareNot sure what to do? Possibly drive down..., which I really don't want to do...take the autotrain back? So do I suck it up and buy the expensive airfare or bag the trip?

Did you check Airtran or Southwest? It may be very difficult to find "cheap" airfare during that time...thanksgiving week.
