Hi! I haven't been around for a while.........

Things have just been really hectic around here. My mother (has MS ) and has been back and forth between rehab/hosp/rehab/ and now another hospital. They dont know whats wrong (she is afraid someone is going to hurt her, she sees people that are not there, and she can't remember who she is or who we are) pretty scary.

Anyways if you can believe that in all the craziness (work, family, camps, visiting mom, and the list goes on) that I have not slipped once. I am doing well and still on atkins for maintenance and things are going well on that front.

I still walked even though IGTD was away but only got on the "gerbil track" twice (well it did rain for a few days).

Just wanted to let you guys know where I've been.
