Dotti's Weight Loss Zone (www.dwlz.com) is one good resource. It's geared toward Weight Watchers and many listings are expressed as WW points values, but others will have regular calorie type info.
She has sections on restaurants, convenience foods, and lots more.

Just wanted to add my praises for Fitday , Wheelsie. I use it daily to track what I eat, my exercises weight and nutrition. (I love looking at the graphs!). It allows you to set a goal and determine how much you have to lose each week to be successful.

I used to use this display @ our local Science Center that has the weith you are on all the planets (i use Earth of course) They have since taken that display away and I don't now have any way to track myself....I need some suggestions if you guys have any.
There's a promotion up up for @ work...if i get it my hours will change and I'll be able to joiin a gym like 24 hr fitness. altho it won't help get me weighed it will at least get me moving...
