While I'm thinking about it, I'm putting out a PSA - I'd be happy to do any shopping, "fairygodmailing", etc., while I'm in WDW in a couple of weeks. Let me know if I can be of help to anyone while I'm down there!

Me, too!

Okay, if I can't have them currently, maybe I will feel better looking at the ingredients!

Margaritas (I'm not kidding - these are lethal!):

This recipe makes a nice-size jug:
Minute Maid 220 ml lemon juice (in the frozen juice section - it's in a box)
800 ml tequila (Jose Cuervo Gold, preferably)
400 ml cuantro
300 ml grapefruit juice
Splash of sugar water/bar syrup

Mix, and serve in a salted glass!

Salsa:
2 cans Rotel (you'll only need 14.5 oz. so I recommend one extra Hot and one regular, drain off juice)
1 can whole peeled tomatoes (14.5 oz. plus the juice)
1 tbsp and 1 tsp jalapenos (canned, diced, not pickled)
1/4 cup yellow onion (diced)
1/2 to 3/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp sugar

In food processor place jalapenos and onions. Process for just a few
seconds. Add Rotel, tomatoes, salt, sugar, and cumin. Process all
ingredients until well blended, but do not puree. Place in a covered
container and chill.

YUMMY!!!!

Now there's a cool hubby! Wish I could do that, but DH would go through the roof. He likes a good meal on the table that doesn't come from a fast food or pizza place. I'm actually trying out a new recipe tonight: Chicken with Paprika cream. It sounds good, so we'll see. I can pretty much guarantee that my kids won't like it, though. Oh well, they know where the bread and peanut butter are kept. Actually, they're pretty good about trying new things. But they don't usually like it. Deep sigh!

Is it Chicken Paprikas? That's a Hungarian dish that my grandmother used to make for me. I am definitely craving it now over her dumplings (they were made from a noodle dough, not a baking powder-type dumpling). My husband doesn't like it (calls it "toxic waste"), but that's because he doesn't like sour cream which is in the sauce. That is definitely going on my fall menu planner!

Hi Beth!!!!!

Lindsay do y'all have a Ninfa's in Dallas?

Unforunately, no. We used to, but their locations here closed a couple of years ago.

But I grew up in Houston and I know what you're talking about!

(I'm seriously going to have to have Mexican food for dinner!)

 Hi, Paula! I showered today, but it's so stinking hot that I should have showered another two or three times by now. I'm definitely getting in a cold shower before bed tonight.

Thanks for the recipes, the salsa sounds yummy! I am starving ya'll
