HI Gang.......Need some support

HI everyone.....hope you are all doing well...........thanks for all your kind thoughts last week with my aunt mary passing away so suddenly...I did get to read the posts but was too upset and distracted last week to respond...........in other news we are still not in the house yet and because I just started a job working for someone online and it has been at least 2 years they asked to take me off the mortgage and resubmitt it with just my boyfriend.....that puts our income really close with the mortgage amount (in their eyes since they aren't acknowledging my income) but the head processor at the bank talked to the underwriter and they both agreed that using just my boyfriend on the mortgage was the best thing.....the head processor has also dealt with FHA loans before and said that she knows people who had the same debt-to-income ratio and got approved. she also said that since our rent last year was really close to the mortgage amount that looks better for us since it's not that big of a difference in money. I just needed some support because last week was so horrible and now I am afraid we aren't going to get the house and the house means the world to me........It means being able to start over and move on with my life past the sickness and depression.........just wanted some thoughts and maybe to be in your prayers because we should find out this week if they approve our FHA loan.....thanks gang.......hopefully with a little luck I will be in the house next week and can post again and chat about my weight loss efforts like I intended too.....You are all wonderful and I wish you all the best always!!

Keep this in mind - everything happens for a reason. So if things don't fall into place with this house, just remember that a BETTER house is out there! That is what I told myself when we've been in a similar situation and both times it was true. We bought a house in MD that was perfect for us after almost buying a different one. Then here in Florida too. Both times we were very disappointed that the original house we liked just didn't work out for whatever reason, but I just knew in my heart that a better house was waiting for us and it was!!! So hang in there and don't get too discouraged if things don't work out.

I thought moving to FL would be an instant change in my life, but I was still the same person I was up north, so I had to choose to make some changes in me (rather than hope the house or city I lived in would magically change my life). While it does help to be happy with your surroudings, you can still feel better no matter where you live if you just reach for the happiest feeling thoughts you can find.

Sending you lots of hugs. Sorry to hear about your Aunt passing away. I hope you have peace in your heart soon, sweetie. Take good care of yourself. You have to treat yourself like you are THE MOST IMPORTANT person in the world!!! xo

We had to do the same thing with our mortgage, DH's name is the only one on it. Dont give up, things will work out!

Yep, it's been a tough week for you!! Just remember to take the time to treat yourself WELL and don't let the stresses take control. The good news is that the rates are very low and this allows you to qualify for more- so be encouraged that you will get a house and have a very low rate to go with it! And I agree with the other poster- everything is for a reason and if it's meant to be nothing can stop you from getting this house.
