Hi Emily (I presume it's Emily?) and to the DIS. The boards are divided into a number of different forums, aimed at specific themes or topics to do with planning a trip to Walt Disney World (and beyond). There is a dedicated UK Trip Planning forum, which you might find helpful. You can find that here

Over on the UK boards, we also have a community board and a trip reports board, where you can read about trips that other UK members have taken.

There is also a thread which will give you some of the more common abbreviations used on the DIS, which you will probably find helpful if you are new to all this. check out the 'sticky' threads above your post on this board.

Do you have a trip to WDW planned at the moment? Feel free to ask any questions you have. Everyone is very friendly here

I'm a newbie and from the UK as well however I think I know what I'm doing when it comes to Walt Disney World, but like you Emily i am addicted and just love seeing other peoples views and discussing all things Disney! Can't wait to explore these forums

Hello! I am married to a Brit and we had a wonderful British-American family reunion at WDW a few years back. We will be returning in August to recapture the magic....I discovered the boards prior to our first trip and the folks here have been so helpful and patient! You really have come to the right place for all things Disney. Don't be afraid to post - or to ask for help. Lots of Disers here ready to reply and show you the ropes!
