I know it's been EONS since I've been able to get here and post.
Just wanted to say that I missed y'all.
Update on me:
DH is still out of work, but still trying to do some consulting while looking
I may be laid off and have been looking for new employment (and been out on several interviews -- no news yet)
No news on the adoption process (we've been with this agency since March).
The "good" news is that supposedly a bunch of people were getting laid off last week, but it didn't happen. Since I've been holding off and holding off on my vacation plans, I finally said enough last weekend and booked a trip to WDW! Economically, it's not the best time, but with some dipping into savings (not killing the savings, just dipping) we're doing it. It will be the last time for a LONG time (since our passes will expire in December). Plus we really need the break. There have been too many days when I have gone home and cried and the stress has been just too much.
Hope everyone here is doing well and hope I will be able to pop in a bit more often (work makes it IMPOSSIBLE -- of course that's better than not being employed at all!).

Cherish every moment.
