HI Family Suites Resort or SunSpree?

Which is the cooler one for kids? I can't remember.

I did see the Family Suites one is about to become a Nick themed hotel. Has that already started and if so is the place a construction mess?

Thinking about adding a night onto our WDW trip and doing something else.
