Hi!! Brand new as well. Also from Illinois. My family has a slight Disney addiction. Lol. We consume so much content and travel to the parks 2-3 times a year. It doesn't get old! Hopefully i can get some good tips and trips. Enjoy your time here!

Hey!! That’s awesome, my family was the same way until all the kiddos went different ways it’s been harder to plan vacations, but I’m hoping to take my boyfriend (who has never been) in the next year or so and hopefully start our own Disney traditions!!

I was that boyfriend once. Now I'm the husband/father that is planning our next trip before our vacation is over.

That’s so sweet! I love that and literally cannot wait to do that too!! Are you part of the DVC? I was wondering how that works for people that go consistently and if it would be worry it for my boyfriend and I to get started with something like that?

It is definitely harder as everyone starts going their own ways, you won't ever get everyone going. We are having a family group going this summer and the ups & downs of figuring out how to deal with everyone's schedule (since many of us work retail which throws twists in there) & all the curveballs that have been thrown at us this past year is not for the faint of heart! LOL!

Not part of DVC....yet. haha. I've rented points a few times and it's totally worth it. Can't beat the price, especially for a deluxe resort.
