Hi DL Disers- Help plan my first DL Vacation

Hello all, just back from WDW and decided we are going to go to DL next year. We want to visit my SIL in Cali at the same time and maybe bring her along. That would make 6 people. We are DVC members. What type of lodging would you all recommend for 6? We plan on being there about 3-4 days. What else is there to do around there? We will be driving up from San Fran ...

I also am very interested in what gets posted here. We are planning our first trip to DL for March/07. Having been to and stayed at WDW so many times we lost count, planning this trip is a whole new ball game. Hope to see some offsite lodging recommendations.

pk1959 - You'll get all kinds of postive offsite lodging recommendations on this forum, but check out tripadvisor.com for anaheim, ca. All the better hotels in the area are listed there and you get some good pros and cons.

pk1959---We're also going for the first time in March '07!! We'll be there the 18th-21st. That's all I've figured out so far. I do know that I want to do the Princess Celebration Dinner....my girls will love that!!

3-4 days is perfect for the DLR.....if you do anything else i would add days to the trip.

We plan on staying about 4 days in Anaheim, but I think we want to go to the other parks in the area.

If you stay at a Good Neighbor hotel are there any perks like if you stayed on-site? EE and such...
