I don't know if this will help any of you, but here goes.......on mousesavers.com there is a code posted for active duty military. It is 40% off rooms or campsites in aug. & sept. My total for our 10 night stay is down to $268.00 ( full hook up). Since this was a better deal for us, I changed our ressie from AAA (20% off) to the new military discount.
I hope someone can use this info to save on a campsite or cabin

Wow Parmtoo, that's a great rate... better than the AP rate last year as well as the Winter Settler's rate. Hopefully, some others can take advantage of this. Have a great trip.

My husband is in the army reserves and I have booked for September...partial hook up! This will be wonderful!!

Ok, I am back. This is such a blessing. I just called and the dates that we have reserved Sept 19-29, 10 nights partial hook up, saved us $167. Our bill for 10 night now is $234!! Can you believe that?

I tried to add a day onto it, Sept 18, but she said it was only good for the 19-29. I am not sure about that but that is our exact dates, so that is weird!

I might still add the 18th on later. We could be there on the 18th we just would have to leave early that morning....like 3 am!

Great rate but our son will be at his new assignment in Tx. with his 2 boys with us at FW. Sure wish he could be with all of us during our stay.

It's never too early to leave for FW.

Carrie, I'm pretty sure the rate went through Sept. 29. Call back and see if another cast memeber is willing to look it up for you.

John, to bad your son will not be with you..........The CM said we need to show military ID when we check in.

I'm some others are able to take advantage of this rate too!

Carrie, I just checked the web site again and it states: 40% of for checkin dates, 6/07/04-9/29/04. Hope this helps with your extra day!
