The new kid on the block for Halloween Horror Nights XI ICU has been spotted in Universal News. Jacks younger brother uses a chain saw and he means it when he says No Clowning Around. Basically he looks like a guy with a normal face and black sweaty hair. His face in the same Clown Make up as Jacks, but he has the mask that Hannible Lector wears over his mouth on. His eyes that go with ICU basically look like Marlon Manson's eyes. One eye is normal with a green puple, while the other eye is a sold green color with no puple. This guy looks tough as nails and scary as hell. He looks almost to be in the Jason mold of a scasher look. Last year everyone wanted their picture with Jack, but this guy looks to scary to have a picture with.
