Went to HHN this past weekend - had a great time thanks to express pass.
At one point in the evening they were not letting express pass holders to enter the line. I seem to remember them saying the house was closed for maintenance, but my GF thinks they said they weren't letting express pass holders on the line.
So we went into another house and when we came back out we went into walking dead. Walking Dead was the longest line we waited in being an express pass holder (20 minutes I guess).
Well at one point in the house there were boards that the guests could peer through and on the other side was what looked like crashed 2 planes - a burned out fuselage and a downed helicopter. I could clearly see them and was excited about how realistic and big they were. Then we walk around the corner - where I thought we were going to walk by the planes, but a few turns later we were out near the exit.
I guess my question is - has anyone else noticed these planes in the house? Was this supposed to be part of the house, but they closed it down that night? Or was I getting a glimpse of other props that were stored in the back lot? Or was this a little "hint" to the comic fans of things to come?
I thought the house was short, due to them closing a part of it down that night, but after reading reviews I see now it is a short house.
Does anyone know of a blog, thread, or review online that details out what exactly is in each house.. sometimes we go through them so quickly that I can't seem to remember what one house was like (everything blends together in my mind by the end of the night) this will help to jog my memory.
