HHN Ticket Question

We already have a 7 day pass for Universal. I would like just to get the Stay and Scream ticket for $35.00. Am I able to purchase them for that price on the Universal website without buying a day ticket to Universal? Also, do I have to be in the park before it closes to use the S&S ticket. I didn't want to go until 7 or so. Thanks!!

You have to be IN the park before it closes at 5pm to do S & S. You will need to purchase your discounted HHN tickets in conjunction with your day tickets. If you have your tickets in hand and can enter the ticket #, you should be able to purchase the HHN tickets online at the S & S discount. You must have a day pass in order to purchase the S & S discounted HHN tickets. You can also purchase them at the park the day you want to go. If you really didn't want to go until 7pm or so, you can still purchase the tickets at the discount but you would have to enter through the main gates and through the very LONG line out front. If you have your day tickets and can be in the park to take advantage of S & S, I would strongly recommend doing it.
