I tried calling Universal's guest services, but the wait time is estimated 90 minutes. Maybe someone here knows the answer.
We have a tricky situation. My friend and I purchased tickets and express passes for HHN this Sunday Oct 2. Something came up, and my friend is having some medical tests done Wednesday, with results expected Friday. If the results aren't good, he won't be able to attend. Does anyone know if it's possible for him to transfer the ticket and express to someone else? Or even get a refund? Thanks in advance!
