HHN Opening Express Price

Okay, am I going crazy? I thought the opening night express was $39 but I just went in to buy 'em and they're $69. Was I hallucinating or did they go up?

opening night hhn tix are cheap.

Yup...and I'm one of the idiots that got one for opening night. I remember in 2004 the Express pass were $20.00!

I think I paid $35 in 2005 and that encompassed BOTH parks!!

2006 it went up to $60
2007 $65
2008 $70

I fill out the survey and say I'll pay $5 for the Express

Ok, don't hate me, but I think it's a great idea for them to raise the prices of the EPs for HHN ...

Over the past few years (I would guess in an attempt to make more $$$), US has oversold the EPs and even the express lines have gotten longer and longer. Last year it wasn't uncommon to wait up to 30 minutes to get into a house with an express pass - on a non-peak night - early in the month. That was absolutely insane.

With US increasing the prices of the EPs, they won't have to sell as many to make their $$$, plus the EP lines will be what an EP line should be - a short wait of maybe 5 minutes max.
