HHN Off Site and Entrance Wait?

We are staying off-site this thursday, going to HHN (one night) with express passes. I have an AP (unaware of any entrance benefits with this), but my husband does not. Hubby likes the atmosphere and being laid back with the evening so getting to "every" house is not a priority. Stay and Scream (which we have done before) does not appeal to him since it makes for a very long night. SO...some questions....

1)How long would we typically wait at the entrance if we arrive around 6:30 or 7:00? Any ap advantage?

2)Any suggestion as to which house (or direction) to go to first once we are in for the least wait time? (I would like to figure out how to be leisurely and still see as much as "I" can)?

3)I have to pick up our tickets at guest services. Is this the window to the right of the reg. ticket windows? Are the wait lines long at gs right before the event?

:confused3 thanks!

1) It's very difficult to guess wait times at the Studios entrance. It depends on the night, weather, etc. You aren't taking advantage of the AP advantage which is S & S. There is no other advantage. Once you're outside the main gates and in the mob, everyone is the same...passholder or not.

2) Once the gates are opened, everyone goes a different way. You should try to do the sound stage houses (Silent Hill, Gothic and Dead End) since you're going to be right there. But you'll have to decide which way you want to go based on the map. Since you're going to have EPs for the evening, you can basically go where you want. The lines shouldn't be too terribly bad if you can get right into the park when the gates open. But again...with EPs you don't have too much to worry about.

3) Yes...Guest Services is to the far right if you're looking at the Studios gates and there will probably be a long line to pick up tickets.
