You can pick them up at either park and I think there's a GS outside of the Studios but inside the gates at IOA. I need to get my picture taken for the FF Pass. I hope I can do that this weekend.

Guest Services is both inside and outside both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. They are both near the entrance gates on the right. You can probably pick them up from the kiosks near the ticket windows also. They are self-serve. You can pick them up at either park. Once you pick it up, you will need to go to Vacation Services inside the park and have your picture taken for your pass.

I booked over the phone and payed with my credit card i was give a 6 digit number, do you think i will be able to use those self serve machines to get the ticket and then have my photo taken inside the park or is it best to just go to guest services and let them sort it. I have an annual pass but i really cant remember what i did when i bought them LOL

Try the kiosk first as it will save you time. If it doesn't work, then go to guest services.

I didn't know you had to get your picture taken...I have to pick up tickets at kiosk and I thought that was it. I did order frequent fear to go for two nights. I hate getting my picture taken at those things!

You may be in luck. I have heard rumors that they might be considering biometrics this year but, like I say, it is only a rumor.

Thanks for the info! I am soooo looking forward to this trip! Been wanting to go for years and am finally doing it! I was also looking for the show about HHN on the Travel Channel, but so far nothing. I know its old, but I can at least get a preview!

I purchased my Frequent Fear Pass last Sunday. I was told they they won't give you the photo pass until the first day you attend HHN. It's always been this way as far as I know.

I checked with Vacation Services yesterday. I was told they are still trying to decide if they will be going with biometrics or photos this year. If they do biometrics, you will just use a ticket. If they do pictures, you can get your picture and frequent fear pass before HHN even starts but right now they can't issue the final FF pass until the decision has been made.

All I can tell you is that when I got my FF Pass a few weeks ago, it says that a photo ID is required. I'm going to run over there this weekend and check it out.

I know it says that, Metro, and they may very well decide to skip the biometrics and do photos as they have in the past. No one knows yet, exactly what they will decide. It is a wait and see right now as they are still testing out the biometrics. I'll let you know as soon as something definite has been decided.
